Holders of the right of free movement establishing their first residence (in the case of a registration certificate and an application for a residence card of a third-country national family member of an EEA citizen) will have to pay a separate fee for the issuance and mailing of an official certificate certifying their address (address card) to a changed account number from 1 May 2025 . The transfer must be made to the bank account of the National Directorate of Aliens Policing (OIF).
The OIF also draws the attention of customers to the fact that it can only process and accept transfers where
- the applicant’s details are indicated in the comments of the transfer, and
- the transfer only includes a fee for one applicant.
