In connection with the National Card and Guest Worker Residence Permit the government decrees regulating which countries’ citizens can apply for such permits have been published. The regulations are effective from 09.07.2024, so from today these types of permits can be applied for again for specified citizens after the temporary break.
No restrictive list has been published for employment purpose residence permits, so this type of permit can still be applied for without citizenship restrictions.
